Q: How large can the file size of  the banner ads be? 
A: Around 12K is average. If it's too big it will take too long to download (for older computer systems).

Q: Can we put up an animated banner? 
A: Absolutely. Just bear in mind the average target file size mentioned above.

Q: Can you design an animated banner for us? 
A: Sure. Just call us. We'll ask you a few questions and design an ad based on your answers. It's also free! (subsequent revisions are extra) 

Q: What is the average click-through rate for banners hosted on your site?
A: We don't track click-throughs because that information is much more accurately tracked by the webmaster at your site. Failed requests or timeouts may fudge the data when tracked at our end. Your web server should generate a "Referrer Report" every month that shows how many requests you received from our site. We track "Impressions" and "Distinct Hosts Served".

Q: How do you guarantee that all the impressions that we buy will be delivered to a person and not an empty chair? 
A: We can't. Nobody can. With most internet ads, a banner appears once at the top of the page and then disappears as soon as you scroll down. Most folks don't wait for the banners to load before they scroll to get what they came for. Ads on our site can't be missed, and once they're cached they load like lightning.
