Message: Had one yesterday. It was the LVPS. Easy enough to check the fuser components with a meter. If they all check out then 90% chance it's the LVPS.

Message: i replaced the fixing unit, and i followed procedure included in the maintenance kit. These steps are only effective to reset maintenance counters, if the machine had already going to a service code , you have into service mode and reset the code.

Message: there is no reset. if you have already replaced the fuser unit and are experiencing the same code, it is most likely the lvps

Message: Something else on 8150's, for some reanson when you remove the power cord they lose all settings....so if you can, print out a config page before unplugging. I've only seen bad LVPS on 8150's.
