Hey All: Customer wanted me to find out roughly how much longer this box will have available support (parts and supplies availability.) She has had it for 6-7 years
and although she paid about $3000 and it needs new print heads and inks, she wants to know how much longer she can expect Epson to support product?

You can expect 7 years after the issue date.
I would expect no more than that in todays market. Total of 10 years at the most.
You might be able to get parts from a distributor that happens to have them in inventory.
So she can enjoy it for 3 more years.

On the Epson Sytlus 3000 this can be expected.
