Message: Are you billing the doctor and they pay the bills? Then I would let the doctor know his name will be on the invoice also and he will be responsible if Smile Brands doesn't pay. Might be worth risking the price of a service call and a cheap part but if anyone wants a machine we are check or credit card on delivery. If they say they get there check from the home office I tell them I will bring the machine out on demo, in 5 days I will be back to pick up the machine or the check your office sends to the copier location.
If the owners want credit and aren't willing to sign a personnal guarantee they don't have much confidence in their ability to pay. I will sign one because I know my bills will get payed.
