big company
typical big company problems and benefits
it is more what you are about than them
ME if I needed a job would take it,, if I did not need one but looked at better job,,, how bad is where you are,,,
serenity is in your own mind
Ikon would be my last choice but I would smile and do the job and realized I choose them and accept them for the big company fleas and all
But remember no mater where you go
there you are!

get in , do the job, and appreciate the money.the experience is always helpful in the future. almost wish i had stayed with xerox. my guess is they are the next largest office machine company, and should be worth your time.

Ricoh let some staff go during the merger. Many of them I considered the top performers and I sincerely miss them. However I suspect that Canon and Xerox made cuts too. It is sad when good people are kicked to the curb.

Good people are the first to be cut in the big boy
mind frame. They are the most expensive and can be
replaced with part swapping monkeys. That's what
makes it so easy for us to compete against them. -
