Subject: sharp ar 207 feed issue IP: Logged
Message: i seem to have a problem with the top cassette. it seems to be a feed clutch issue. what is the easiest way to access this clutch? any help would be appreciated as i'm not familiar with this model.

Message: These have a clutch boss with a rap spring. Easiest way to get to it is take out your drum and developer/toner unit. Wipe out any excess toner inside. Now flip the machine over on its back.
If you have 2 or more cassettes unless you have small hands you may need to take the cassettes off. other wise if you have just one tray or small hands just undo the C clip and bam the whole feed roller and clutch come out. Sometimes you may need to remove the drive gear unit that drive the lower cassettes just two screws.
