 Subject: NEC IT3530

Need the procedure to clear C2557 error on the NEC IT3530, its different than the Konica Bizhub 350 which is the machine it crosses to. The screens are different. Have a Bizhub 350 developer unit that seems to cause this error when installed in the Nec It3530.

to fix do the following.
1)Clear the drum and developer counters
2)Turn the machine off at the back button
3)Remove the drum unit
4)Replace the drum
5)Replace the developer
6)Put the unit back together
7)Reinstall the drum unit
8)Run the TCR adjustment in service mode
Or you couold try adjusting the ATDC up and down but this is pretty hit and miss to enter service press the utility button,press access button press the * key 4 X's then touch maint and then service mode ...

Tried that already still same code comes back,
isn't there another reset procedure for clearing the C2557 error????
