Message: Hello everyone.... I have a service call on a Xerox M20i with ligt copies, customer says Xerox said they may need a drum unit. My question is, will a Samsung 6322 drum unit work/fit in the xerox M20i? Does it need modified to work, or won't it work at all?
Thanks for any insight

Message: Not sure on the drum but it looks identical. I just replaced a fuser on exact model with the Samsung version and it worked fine.

Message: it works-- the toner will work also- you just have to press the enter key after it tells you it's a "non-xerox cartridge". tuey

Message: The drum will work no problem & no mod needed(there are no fuses). The toner will work if you put a Xerox chip in it. If you need to test the toner move their chip over.

Message: Some of these I have gone in under menu maintanance and "new drum" press enter resets it. Have gotten two cycles out of several under contract. Possibly diff. firmware versions because one I could not find "new drum" listed under maint. Same 1/16a fuse as 5312/5115/5315F/and many others will reset drum count.
