 Subject: e-Studio Department Codes...?

Does anyone know a way to print out ONLY the most recent usage pages of the Department Codes? (Access codes). Customer does not want to print out all 75 pages per month to be able to tabulate the different customers' usages.
Also, can it be done through Top Access instead? (I imagine it can, but I couldn't find where..?)

These can be exported to an excel spreadsheet and let the sheet do the work. It takes time to set it up but I have several customers doing this.
As far as printing it out you can either do it one by one or the whole list.

Spock, please tell me where to look in Top Access to import this file.. I looked for it and couldn't find anywhere to get the file. (of course, I wasn't looking at a machine that had the Dept Codes enabled...)

top access > administration
maintenance > then either import/export
or backup
then select the department code option. One option downloads the department codes only, the other downloads the code and the counters.
