Message: Anyone have a problem with OEM brand toner (T0-3520) working in a Estudio 353. Does it work in all the 300 series and 400 series machines. My customer seems to think that only compatible toner work in his 353. I installed a brand new OEM toner in his 353, it cycles and goes back to "install a new toner". Didn't check the developer. Any help will do. Thanks
Message: You need the T4520 for the 353 series. The t3520 is for the 352 series. The end of the bottle is different and will not fully insert giving this code. It will also not add toner which is probably what is happening.
