Message: Customer called about a black stripe on prints. I diagnose it to be a bad transfer belt. Customer wants the drum assembly done at the same time. I replaced the drum, cleaning blade, charge roller, transfer belt and cleaning blade.
Now my pages are solid black. I went through everything again and rebuilt them with the same results.
Do I have a bad charge roller or is there something else I should be looking at? ie...ground?
Thanks for any help.

Message: Indeed, no charge. The little metal lip on the rear of the pcu (which make contact with chassis) is bent or broken?

Message: I saw that the tip was indeed bent. Pulled it out and now the prints are perfect.
Thanks for the help.
