Canon ir2220n once in a while my customer gets this error 602-004 on ther machine they dont always shut it down and i have replaced the HDD twice and had it flashed any help thanks keith

Are you putting in new HDD's or used one's from other Canon IR 2220N's? If used, remember that HDD's have a useful life of about 3 to 5 years. If you are putting in used HDD's from another machine, that HDD is also old.
If you need a New HDD with System software preloaded, let me know.
