this is a xerox 4260 im working on , the paper
goes past the fuser unit up to the rollers in the transport section it stops there and the machine comes up with a jam . according to the customer this happened all of a sudden one morning , no jammed happened before that .
did anybody ever have that problem ? i guess this is also a samsung scx 6555
