The cable connections are good and tight, the ccd is clean. Using sim 5-3 the lamp works fine. could the problem be with the lamp, ccd or something else. your ideas are surely appreciated Brian   9/02/2010 16:32:32 RE: Sharp AR 275 Problem IP: Logged Message: If I am not mistaken I think these have the same white reference sheet that the AR207's have Look under the ADF slit glass and see if the little white sticker under the slit glass is discolored. Also check Black reference sheet that it is not discolored under the actual main glass peice on the left side. It could also be an intermittent problem with your copy lamp pwb on the scan unit. Usually the lamps when they go out either work or they don't. If there is a problem with the scanner its normally the little pwb on the scan unit. P 1
