Have a dp3030 panajamic with overtoning issue.
changed developer, drum, charge roller and
still overtoning. Went back and set TDC settings
more negative and still overtoning. TDC sensor
on developer unit?

Do F8-09 and then write down F6-21 when it finishes. Then make 30 sky shots (remember to remove toner bottle) and do F8-09 again and see if the value changed. If it did then your TDC sensor is good. Otherwise change it.
