Copier can not load the new (OEM)toner. As it tries to load a tick sound is hearing and message add toner again. Can anybody tell me where s the problem?

yep seen same as plain bill, but there is a bulletin on new gear holder asm/alignment shaft just for that

I have seen this from having the wrong toner put in. The newer 3050/4050/5050 have the same kind of toner cartridge design but different gears on back.

I think the bulletin is Service Bulletin # 7675/ 2GR-0004 (Rev. 3). But can anybody tell me what this bulletin says. (I have lost the service manual and i am in a hurry. Thanks
