Did you install the correct developer's? May also have broken the connector on the back of the machine so that it is not seating properly.

Development unit is not set is displayed and the image is light (diagonal pitch unevenness).
Answer
[Cause]
The development clutch is faulty (the clutch is turning even though the clutch is off), which causes the developer fluid in the development unit to be decreased.
[Resolution]
Replace the affected development clutch or the development unit.
