 Subject: Samsung 6345 Doc Feeder Dead

This Doc Feeder will not even recognize the original present, and when you press print, the scanner scans the glass instead of feeding the original. Same doc feeder on another machine, same problem. Bad RADF Main PWB?

Further info: The copier does not recognize that the Doc Feeder is installed. The Config Report says RADF: Not Installed. And yes, the scanner moves when I raise/lower the RADF, because the sensor is on the machine, not the RADF. Remember, the problem moved to another machine with the RADF swap.

either bad D.F. main board or the harness is bad...can you swap the harness to eliminate that?

Now I no longer have the luxury of a parts machine to swap parts with, so who repairs Sammy ADF Main PWB's? ATC?
