Message: Functionality is good. Tech freindly if trained ( analog blow and goes are a thing of the past). As in any line, it depends on the model and the customers expectations.

Message: I've always found Sharps easy enough to work on. We're just getting AR-M350/355/455 series cleaning unit clogs & gears and some calls on MX's. To my joy, just same old bad exit sensor from heat of fuser and simple crap that doesn't pertain to the color or advanced tech. Quoting a line from hippocratic oath... <I will not be ashamed to say "I know not," nor will I fail to call in my colleagues when the skills of another are needed for a patient's recovery.> Sharp can boast the BLI 2007 and 2009 Buyers Lab line of the year, which means nothing, but looks good on a proposal.
