Customer says she has to replace all colors when one color goes out. This does not sound normal. Anyone heard of this before.

never heard of that. Maybe they are using the carts at the same rate, and if they are remans the yeild and estimated left if off. With the 3 9840s I support none have done that.

no - i took some apart to see what was going on and the three yellow cartridges were all nearly full. reset the flag and made one full one and it is running now, it was a golf buddys printer. tuey
