 Subject: HP Color laserJet 2840

Does not recognize any of the four cartridges, which are brand new O.E.M. cartridges and also replaced the drum cartridge with O.E.M. Message reads to replace the cartridges.
I have pulled out the cartridge sensor and checked for continuity, which is good along with vacuuming the entire printer. HELP!!! Thanks
