Anyone have experience with this? I cannot see any visible damage. The paper comes up out of the fuser and in between the reverse assembly and the reverse separation guide assembly and just as it is going up to the last section to make the turn to go back to the delivery area it stops right there every time. I have checked to see that the paper sensors toggle on & off in diagnostics. I tried another fuser. Tried paper being fed from any location (tray 1,2 or 3). Tried doing duplex. All result in paper stopping at same spot.
Service manual indicates 13.33.00 is media did not arrive at the paper delivery sensor PS109 within the specified time.
I am now wondering if it is a DC Controller error. Thank you for any suggestions.
