Hi Guys
I am going to a canon w8200 wide format, i dont usually work on these, I only work on HP;s
the customer unplugged it and removed it from his workshop into another room when he fired it up it come on asking for Black ink, when he chnaged that it asked for yellow, chnaged it asked for magenta, he has now changed all inks and it has started at black again.
Any pointers would be appreciated.
