 Subject: Windows 7, MS word 2010 waybill printing

Windows 7 with MS Word 2010. I Can't seem to get this thing set up properly to print courier waybills for my client. I'm pretty sure that there is no problem with the Panasonic 118i, but whenever it appears that all the settings are correct and I try printing, it prints the wrong direction on the (8.5in. X 3.5in.tractor feed) waybill. Tried changing to portrait setting but that only works for the first waybill out of the 20 or so that are printed every day. The rest all print sideways. Tried adding the size in printer server properties as well but it still overrides the setting somehow. Driving me freekin' crazy. My only hope is that one of you have come across this before and have some good advice.
