Am working on a Brother MFC-9840CN that has shadowing problem down the page and on the reverse side of page it is dirty in parts. Customer is not using genuine Brother cartridges, but compatible refills. Have put new drum and belt unit in the machine.
Any thoughts please, and thanks in advance.
