 Subject: Minolta QMS Magicolor 2200

I am not a Minolta tech, but I have a customer that has a Magicolor 2200, DeskLaser. It is jamming the paper into an accordian at the registration rollers. It seems to me that there is a sensor that isn't telling the roller the paper is there. The flag is working, but not registering. Has anyuone ever ran into this problem, or could someone please tell me who sells parts for these machines, or tech support. Thanks for the help. Ken

The reg clutch solonoids have a pad on the arm that gets sticky remove the pads the clutches will be noisy (clickity click)
The 2 I have worked on with this problem were fixed when I removed the pads
