Existing copier customer called and asked if we worked on these and being up for the challenge we said maybe. Anyway, the machine had a "head stall" error and we found the drive wire for the ribbon feed had fallen off and got munched in the pulleys. Anybody have the cables and instructions for installing or should we send them back to www.printek.com. Thanks in advance.
