says paper jam 1 open/close front door.
There is no paperjam!! have replaced all sensors.
anyone had this problem? HELP!!!!

If the machine is not feeding from the tray, check for the small metal guide which clips onto the separation pad from the paper side the pad is raised slightly and the paper will net feed on to pad.
if this is missing a piece of electrical tape mounted along the edge of the separation pad will allow the paper to enter onto the pad and feed temporarily.

it does not attempt to bring paper in it goes into this as soon as it is powered up and upon opening and closing the front door.

nor had it on this model but on other PF clutch did same on other machines ML2010 SCX4725 SCX4216 small tab break off in clutch 3 piece one is spring
