 Subject: HP 8100 Duplex problem

I have an 8100 that the duplex junction gate solenoid randomly engages on simplex prints. We have replaced the duplex unit the control board and checked all machine statistics to be sure settings are correct. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I thought there was something about using an 8150 duplexer or a 5si duplexer or vice versa and it causing random problems like this....might have to google it.
