Message: Have a 9050 that gets lighter and lighter on each page of a multiple scan. Manual of course is all but worthless

Message: You could always try calling their tech support and waste both your time and money, like I made the mistake of doing. He kept asking me what it was printing and I told him it was a scanner not a printer and it was not sending the scans to the computer. He never did quite grasp the concept of scanning.

Message: Had that issue on a Ricoh rebranded IBM scanner - the CIS/CCD was failing. First three pages ok, then light, then a stop code.

Message: I just looked over the firmware fixes - there are a TON of them, and one of the fixes was for PDF Quality or Corrupt PDFs - although you have probably already updated it.
Does it behave in this manner with all other file types?
