"Brother MFC 7840W" I have a customer that has replaced 3 drum units, and still can't get the error message to go off. Is there a reset for this error code. TIA

Brother DR-360 Installation. Multifunction machines. After replaceing the drum unit, keep the front door/cover open(make sure the unit is turned on) . Press the "Clear/Back" button on the display. To confirm press"1". When the LCD says "accepted", close the fron door/cover. The counter is reset.
