 Subject: xerox 8560 error 08,030.46

Hi all
I have attended a xerox 8560 with error 08,030.46 but it is not listed in the service manual.
I have checked the printhead, head restraints, the wiper blade and motion, the roll block and made sure there is no solid ink around those areas, reassembled and it managed to work.
A week later the error is back and I am unsure what the next step is.
Can anyone help with this error?

Wiper stall - check your Pivot Plate and see if its broken.

I found the pivot plate for the drum maintenance listed in the manual.

I removed the pivot plate earlier but seems fine, no cracks or areas of damage. . . .
I simply lubed the metal plates on the pivot plate assy, reinstalled and tested fine. . .
The printer was working when I went back to it.
Anyway, I have watched the wiper blade and maintenance system through the right side and there seems to be no obstruction.
I think my next step is to try the process drive on the right of the machine as I have a spare. .

When the error occurs try rotating the exit rollers within the fromt door. You will probaly find that they won't rotate easily like they should. Remove the Media Drive Assy. on the left side and make sure all gears on it turn correctly. Reinstall Media Drive Assy. This will probaly solve your ptoblem.
