Fax and Printer Techs [ return ] From Message Mike   8/31/2010 12:59:13 Subject: HP Color Laserjet 2840 Jam IP: Logged Message: I have a customer with this machine and the display says Paper Jam in Print Paper path, Open door and remove jam. Well, I have searched EVERYWHERE in this beast and there is NO paper anywhere. They were using the paper tray when this happend, not the by-pass. I can't find any broken flags on sensors or dirt or dust anywhere. I will admit, I am not that familiar with this machine. ANy easy ideas on what might be going on? Thanks in advance.
