 Subject: Epson rx595 inkpad reset

I got this Epson rx595 in for repair and it has an ink pad reset error....Epson cant give me any useable info and i have researched this forever !!! does anyone have the reset procedure or software to reset this dumbass error...i have cleaned the pads and i need a reset.... losing sleep over this..you know the feeling...I will not quit!!! HELP !!

yes the old ssc file...it doesnt seem to support the rx595
