Problem: Fuser exit roller nubs wear down. To fix the problem you could buy a new fuser!!!but this is costly.
Solution: Go down to the local hardware store and buy three O rings to slip on to the exit roller since you can’t order the exit roller by itself. This will save 95% on the cost of repair.

DOCUMENT JAMS
For a constant document jam, check the originial detection sensor.  This sensor snaps into place and frequently gets pushed out of position.  To repair, open the document feeder and remove the two screws securing the top cover.  Push the sensor back into place and put everything back together.

FUSER ERROR
If the lamp and thermal switch are OK, and the problem goes away by cycling the power,   Replace the main PWB.  The fuser error will be back randomly if the board is not changed.   If the thermal switch is stuck, remove it from the machine and slam it on the table until the resistance changes.  This is only a temporary fix, order a new thermal switch or you will be back for the same problem.
