Mitafax 600 series

LEAKING IMAGE UNITS
The only thing you can do is make the machine as level as you can put the Image Density as light as you can remove drum and vacuum recovery section out pray that the customer doesn't use it alot. Mita will tell you " your the only dealer having this problem ". BULL the machine leaks and thats that !

Mitafax 700 Series

VOID AREAS
White void areas on left side of printed image. This is caused by the drum shaft in the imaging unit becoming loose, which allows the drum to move relative to the developing roller, resulting in the voids.  This can be corrected by installing a full length drum shaft (part# 68808081) that will anchor both ends of the drum.  Mita has made this correction at the factory on Image Units with serial# M0020712 and above.

NO SEND OR RECEIVE
I had a Mita 790 wouldn't send or receive. After changing all boards and going through "tech support" for hours, I turned off the busy signal detect option and its worked ever since
