NEC 635,637, 647 FAX
600 series ADF sensors can be accessed the easiest by pulling the entire adf away from the main frame (4) screws and you can really see what’s going on with the sensor underneath.

PAPER JAM C
Problem: Paper jam C being displayed on screen
Solution: Replace 33b gear
33b gear turns the gears on the fixing assy

SERVICEMAN H
Serviceman H being displayed on screen
Check fixing assy ( thermofuse, thermister, lamp )

NEC 461
PRINTER FAILURE
Problem: Printer failure being displayed on screen.
Solution: turn off power save mode and reboot fax

NO PRINT
Problem: No printing (loud winding sound)
Solution: replace P- motor gear on motor is cracked
