630 fuser exit jams
I was getting erratic paper jams coming out of the fuser unit. The paper would go up to the vertical transport roller after the fuser and then stop and show a jam. The sensor that is located right before those rollers is the culprit. The actuator arm that sticks up might have fallen down. If that's not it, then you have to pull the circuit board out that is underneath that sensor arm and re-solder the sensor on the board (cold solder joint).
